It's not a mod that disables the border: you have to edit the .ini file. It should be in your "documents" folder. You need to change bBorderRegionsEnabled to 0.
This is impressive, at least as a first impression. I wonder, though, what's with the script taking away alchemy gear when you get to the opposite shore?
Really liking the mod and the house, although there is one major issue I have with it. When in the tower, here are like 5 seconds of ambience sound of tinker bell that keep playing im loop. After like one minute already I'm so fed up with it that I end up muting the sound to get a bit of a breathing. Is there a way to delete this sound already? It's the only thing that stops me from thouroughly enjoying this mod.
Doesn't work. Every time I try to use the raft I get the message "You cannot go that way, turn back". I have disabled ALL other mods, disabled the border region in both my game directory and my user documents. I also downloaded and enabled/disabled a mod specifically for removing the borders.
It's a good house mod, but there are some issues, at least for my taste:
1- You can't tell me that there is a necromancer habiting the tower, then I'm greeted by a half-naked knight with a dread armor using a claymore 2- Some of the spells that you can find inside the books are op... 3- It adds red (atmospheric) loading screens. But all I want is the house per se, not the new loading screens. 4- I wonder what's the bell for? It would have been cool if as soon as you used the bell, a lot of friendly/enemies zombies would spawn near the entrance (sorry, I've played Hexen too much) 5- How to use some items eludes me. If they have a use.
I won't add it to my house archive, but according to me, if you don't mind the things I've said, you'll find a good lair for a necromancer.

- You will also need to have your In-Game Border disable available here:
