This plugin adds the first 5 of a series of books that teach the player how to write scrolls by infusing scroll paper with magicka, provided the player has the required skill level in the school of magic to which the scroll pretains. As the player levels up their skill in that school (say for example: Destruction), their scrollmaking ability also

This plugin adds the first 5 of a series of books that teach the player how to write scrolls by infusing scroll paper with magicka, provided the player has the required skill level in the school of magic to which the scroll pretains. As the player levels up their skill in that school (say for example: Destruction), their scrollmaking ability also increases with the skill perks...the scrolls get more effective at each mastery level: apprentice, journeyman, expert, and master. The books are located in the Mystic Archives of the Arcane University, on the bottom shelf of the book case directly across from the door you enter the archives from. Scroll paper can be found in most desks.
Just download to your Data directory with your other plugins, enable it at the "Data Files" section of the startup screen, and you're off!
