    i hope one day a project like this gets done or maybe a revival of this project just fix the race textures  my Character skin looks all stitched up. if it can be fixed please give me details i would very happily like to know.

      There are two character mesh\texture schemes, HGEC and RF. Most mods novadays use HGEC mesh, so you need either create HGEC texture from RF ones in mod, or find similar texture somewhere and replace it for race in this mod.

    the race textures are not loading proper are they using a skin mod cause the races look weird he has a nipple on his arm why. please tell me how to fix it i really like this mod but the texture is lore breaking. please tell me what im doing wrong with the textures so i can fix it and maybe with permission upload a texture fix for races.

    Hallo ! 
    War Cry ist schon nicht schlecht. Aber leider sehr buggy.Ich denke nicht das hierfür jemals irgendwelche Updates rauskommen die alles so fixen das es super läuft!! Und ja ich habe den Patch installiert und einige Probleme sind trotzdem da !! Deshalb habe ich das erstmal wieder runter gelöscht.Sorry....insgesammt schon ok aber so im Moment nicht wirklich sehr gut.

    Ok, so Oblivion War Cry New Dimension - EV by Phinix is deleted and no longer available, does anyone have a link to the archived file or something of that nature? cuz I tried the wayback machine however nexus doesn't play nice with it...

    In case anyone has their menu language switch to German after installing Oblivion war cry new dimensions (with or without using wrye bash) the way to turn it back is to enter into the menus folder (eg D:\Oblivion\Data\Menus) and delete all the .xml files that came with the mod along with all the files in the options folder that came with the mod (eg D:\Oblivion\Data\Menus\options), after deleting the aforementioned files the game should revert back to English (hopefully).

    So anyone have any clue if you should be getting level 30 and 50 enemies on a fresh character? At level one I went into sideways cave and found enemies from level 1 to level 35! Unless there is some sort of conflict I'm pretty sure I have everything installed correctly. Also the first Oblivion Gate and Kvatch are swarming with level 50 dremora. The only reason I'm even able to play this is because of how over powered my weapon is and a DMC combat mod I have installed. I literally could not even get past the first dungeon without mods to make me really over powered for my level. Are you just supposed to run past the high leveled enemies and kill the lower level ones?

      This mod is very unbalanced and it has been for years. It is still fun, but you might want to consider using exploits to play the game as this is THE WAY to play bethezda games.

    Mein Charakter bewegt sich total langsam & läuft sehr, sehr langsam Seitwärts. Ich habe außer OWC-ND keine weiteren Mods installiert. Kann mir da jemand weiterhelfen oder habe bisher bloß ich solche Probleme gehabt?

      There are patches you can install them. I haven't tested this mod myself yet, but it's very old.
      The Creator of it has long since stopped supporting it

    Just in case, rn I'm doing a clean reinstall of Oblivion so maybe these errors disappear, I was using MMM and Immersive Weapons as well:

    1. Guards have no weapons , mostly no armor as well, guards of qvatch are all bare-footed
    2. Buccaneers cloth and some Dremora Cape show infinity glitch (edit: removed these myself)
    3. I took the clothes off some unit I would have killed, the skin textures were mismatched
    4. I can't get out of Freddy Kruegers realm, I killed him and my character stays in the nightmare inn
    5. some of the fish are stationary

    Some other things:

    1. For Boss units, better use a regular name with a "*" next to it, the all caps variant comes off a little bit unimmersive
    2. Some of the stuff is actually too shitty for the game, speaking of lazily made assets looking like taken from a cartoon like the Buccaneer Shirt

    These are actually things I could fix myself but maybe previously I would have done something wrong that when undone fixes all of this or there are easy patches for it.
