   the download is bugged, wont even start, every other file works fine for download, even the nexus test file, but this one refuses to download. can someone reup this or try and fix the file?

      There's nothing wrong with the download. I just tried. It works.

      It works for me, but it downloads as a zip file. I just renamed it to ".omod" and it worked fine.

   Does this mod put Slof's texture to all the khadjiits? Or it's a standalone race?

      It is a texture replacer for Robert's bodies, therefore you need Robert's Bodies -- it is not a standalone race.

   It is an OMOD. You require Oblivion Mod Manager to install it.

   It doesn't let me save it to my files in Oblivion, how do I fix it?
