Sylar, thank you for your endorsement. This is actually a very old mod. It was released probably about 2 years ago at ORE. I'm just now transferring some of those files here.
I'm reluctant to make re-releases to change small features. That becomes a never ending process....because everyone has a little something they want changed.
If you are transforming the tub, I might suggest Texian's water resource. I have used it often and it is simple to drag in and resize his water meshes.

In my case, that would be the colour of the walls (possibly to white): i just can't comprehend why you'd create such beautiful interiors and then make the walls look like they are missing their textures (let alone why noone here bothered mentioning it in 14 years...)
Just wanted to add what a fantastic mod this is. Certainly, very anti-lore, but I have armor and clothing that are very much modern, too, so why not suitable settings for them to be placed in.
I installed this apartment, yesterday, and overall, this is an apartment that is very close to perfect. Only thing that could be done to improve it is to add some internal walls for the sleeping area. Now if only there was an apartment block constructed in the game, using this as a base...
Can you tell me exactly where this is in Elven Gardens? I'm using the house mod by dunmermaiden that puts a home in this area, an I don't want to be able to only have one or the other. I like this one, too!
This is just so beautiful inside. All the details you added, like the cozy chairs and the modern kitchen and bath, make this one of the most attractive living spaces. That den and bedroom make me want to move out of Arborwatch and into this place right now.
