About this mod
You level up about 1.7 times as slow as in normal Oblivion. It works by changing just one global game setting: fSkillUseMajorMult from 0.75 to 1.25. A nice side effect is that all minor skill increase as quickly as major skills, making this choice less persuasive during the game. Skills in your specialization still go up slightly faster.
