Unlock spells exist in the game, just find any unlock spell go to a spell making alter and make a master unlock spell yourself. or if you really can't be arsed to go through the mages quest just use the showspellmaking command.

good idea - I'll be using this. after beating the mages guild with my first few characters, I really don't wanna have to go through getting the recommendations just to get access to the altars
I'm assuming this is for non mages guild members because you could just create your own spell with the alter of spell making. However great mod for people who cba to do the recommendations! ">
if you read the authors other mods he uploaded, they are equally as useless as this one. Save for the "hilarity" mod that I don't even think he contributed much too.
