Have you ever went into a dungeon and thought that the dungeons were too easy?
Ever wondered why a simple commoner or citydweller could easily kill a bandit?
This mod changes all the bandits to be higher level than you and makes the game harder so you wont be a god anymore.
Also I added a little easter egg near Anvil called the mysterious house

Put the esp file into your oblivion directory.
