The standard walking is cool I love the hip swing but the running looks so ridiculous, who runs with their arms like that? I laughed the first time I saw it but now after seeing it so many times I just groan at how silly it looks. What files would I have to remove to get rid of just the running? All the walk fast files?
Go to your Oblivion\Data folder. Meshes\Characters\_male\Specialanims\ Now look for the following .kf files: "WalkFastBackward" "WalkFastForward" "WalkFastLeft" "WalkFastRight" DELETE.
[You can also delete this file from the mod archive if you want.] As a result, Your character should revert to the default running animation, yet still retain the "Pretty Woman" walking animations.
why is everyone always lying about how to install mods, iv been trying to get this and any other animations that might work singly of course but nothing ever works NMM,OBMM, wrye bash nothing no esp no animations. iv done a manual install and used every manager out there and nothing it doesnt even show in launcher check box spot. i can literally screen shot all of the files being in all the folders but none of them are active please someone help apparently in all of the comments im the only one who is having this major issue, with all animations not just this....
This was probably the case... everyone I've seen that has problems like this person w/animations, bodies and the like, do and have everything BUT OBSE.
Help! I've installed the mod but when I load into a new game, I start to walk and the animation is there but I'm hardly moving at all and sort of stuck in the same place!
Ahh, so that is intended then. I was going crazy looking for a conflict where there wasn't one. Thanks for the comment, even if it is quite ancient, it still helped me.
I installed this mod and it works great for my female character. The problem is...it works great for my male character too!
Its pretty hilarious for a minute or two seeing my male character run around like a dainty chick, but its immersion beraking. Did I install something wrong maybe? Is it supposed to affect male characters?
