Looks cool, I think I'll try it out. I too would have rather had Toutius' house as the PC home rather than Rosethorn. I mean, really, who made the floorplan for that atrocity! And thank you for making this COBL. I wish more people would take advantage of it. The ingredient sorters alone make the whole thing worth it, and that's just scratching the surface! Also, there's no ReadMe included in the download, so for those of us who like to have all the readme's in their Docs folder or Wrye Bash, be sure to copy/paste the Description page.
Anyway, does anyone know if this just edits the interior cell of the house or uses a new Cell ID? I'm a little concerned about Open Cities Reborn & Better Cities compatibility.

Also be aware that this MOD may break Verona House Bloodline since that MOD uses the house.
