I love this mod and i've used it up until now, because it is twice this has happened. The containers respawn, all of them, so i've lost everything, luckily it was a new character.
I just downloaded it and seen everything inside it (not yet in full day light) and it looks great. If you consider doing another version could you perhaps fill the empty shelves with books or so and maybe the entrance stairway make it abit more easier to access cause i have to swim all the way into the corner of the bottom stair to get up
this is amazing, i love it set in the water like that, but id prefer it not near the ic lol, how about in the nebnay basin, u could make a quest line out of this as a water temple and u have to get through it etc
It would be cooler if set into mountains or something, no offence. still pretty neat work out there, i really liked the top of the tower and the gothic architecture. Job well done!

This building is incredibly detailed, extremly bueteful, and highly stylized i hope to see more mods like this in the future.
