   this is one of those "cheat mods" that you need to do when you have finished almost all the quests. it is something that a completed character will use if they feel like bombbarding the palace...i do that alot lol. i personally love mods like this. cannot wait till i download and i will definetely rate. <3

   Using the key and entering the Palace Guard Quarters causes a big problem for anyone aiming to become the thief guild master.
   During the last quest TG11Heist, it seems, you have to go there. As I had done so before, the quest broke.
   The stage is at 75 (having exited the Quarters) and can not be made to decrease. Amusei would only tell me to meet the Gray Fox if the stage was at 1. So I can never play the first part of this great quest =(
   To continue it, I'll still have to use the console.

   
   
   
   I suppose there would be some quest issues it's sort of one of those things that i can't fix I'll have to update the readme to warn folks not to go in there untill after beating that part.
