   the "disapearing" is because the chests are set to respawn. turn that off and youll be fine

   Strange. The ownership of the chests is set to Player. I figured that would keep placed items. Advice is welcome on how to fix this. As I said, this is my first real mod.

   Nice work, nothing overpowered...
   
   But two or three additional chests would be come in handy in the storage area.
   
   AND: Items disappear after a week in your placed chests. I placed some myself, and the items stayed. Don't know where the problem is, but this needs to be fixed.
   
   Still nice work, though.
