Thank you again - this is another fabulous home. I'm having so much fun living here that at Lvl 18 - I don't want to move out. This type of cozy house is my favorite.
And, if you ever come back to do any "add-ons" a small book storage area would be awesome.
this cozy little house has a nnice extiror next to the vineyard and a wondeerful intiror i liked the plants growing on the walls this house a beatuful house for starting players and advanced alike it has a nice alchemy and mage station but since this is caterd more tword begining players there are not as many featurs this house is nice smallish and cozy with everything a starting player could ever need this hime is small and caterd towod beginers but still manages to be highly useful for advanced with its alchemy station and quick acses to storage all the while still remaining unique in its decor well done this file has my endoresment i highly recomend starts rest and better benirus manor for homes as well
It's okay. Normally I make both, but this one was made for a specific other purpose and just didn't turn out like I wanted for that use, so it got re-rigged and released as it was.
Oh, this one requires it? I got so used to you making Cobl optional houses, like Better Benirus, that it didn't occur to me that this was exclusively for it...sorry..T.T
This sort of makes me want to cry...I love your mods, Khitennia, but I just put a whole bunch of new mods onto my computer, and my computer refused to even play Oblivion. So after checking extensively which mod it was, it turned out to be this one. Sad day...
@Adrius2: My choices about all of these things were intentional. I wanted a small home in exactly that spot, because the character I built it for needed to live near town. I do not think it makes any sense for a starter-style alchemist's shack to have a smithy basement - the two are not related, starter houses should have limits on features, and it is not very immersive to have a giant basement that is bigger and worth more than the house on top. I know a lot of house mods do this, but I don't like it.
As for the dinner plate, the script is from Cobl and to edit it directly would be a modding faux-pas. Having the dinner plate pull from a Food Larder is set up with object parenting, not in the script anyway. But there are few enough containers in the shack without choosing for everyone that one should be reserved for this purpose, which is why I let it be in this mod.
I am very pleased that you like the interior. Perhaps you would enjoy editing the mod for yourself to suit you.

Oh my god I am in love with this house. It's such a charming little place that I've taken up actually traveling around the area just so I can look forward to resting back at home. Everything from its cute and simple design to how it actually looks lived in has me addicted. I hope you keep up the good work!
Also, if you don't mind me suggesting it, a cellar full of mushrooms would be a nice touch.
A truly beautiful house mod. My favourite of your house mods so far. I'm amazed by all those decorations and believe me when I say I won't change a thing in there. I am a detail lover so this little heaven corner you made is just perfect. Thanks a lot for sharing it with us and I'm sure you love it even more than I do. ">
