   Doesn't work for squat.
   
   I have no weather mod loaded (in fact, hardly any mods at all). It's storming and raining in Anvil. Save game, exit. Load this mod. Reload saved game. Still storming and raining. Go into Inn, wait 4 hours. Come out and it's still storming and raining.
   
   I tried 3 "Good Weather" mods;
   - Sunnier Weather (http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/3081/?)
   - Only Good Weather (http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/2985/?)
   - Perfect Weather (http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/37188/?)
   
   The only one that actually works is "Perfect Weather".
   
   Do you need to do something special, like "set" the weather to something "nice" before this mod will kick in to keep "bad" weather out?
