i also thought that maybe you could get the mod after the big fight with martin and say it was a reward for your bravery and that it was covered in ash from the burning parts of the city
i am now working on a better layawiin house wich is realy a manor I just never liked how there where huge houses in that city and you get stuck with a pos shack that i wouldnt put my bike in!
so im making a huge house outside of the city walls i will tell you when im done... and yes this time the house isnt totaly out of place
This looks remarkable for a first mod and you should be proud. I especially like that it's not over-the-top decorated. However, I agree with the thought that the location is a bit odd...it kinda stands out amid all the shacks.
Congrats for your first mod. From what I see in the screenshots it looks great. It has plenty of space to store your items, nice decorations and furniture, also the locations is accesible, even if does not exactly fit in that area considering the look of the other houses that are there.

Something you should know is that this isnt my first mod its just the first that didnt crash the computer
or was a god item.
But I have since lerned that modding god items isnt as much fun as making
practical mods
