This mod adds an area the developers neglected to include in the main game, the top of White Gold Tower. You can now walk on the top of the tower, watching the world go by from one of the highest points in Cyrodiil.

This mod adds an area the developers neglected to include in the main game, the top of White Gold Tower. You can now walk on the top of the tower, watching the world go by from one of the highest points in Cyrodiil.
Details
=======
You can access the top of the tower by using the newly added arcane portal in the Elder Council Chambers. Whilst on the tower, you can also use a portal to climb to a newly added viewing platform for breathtaking views.
The tower with the top added is the one situated in the Tamriel worldspace. This is to minimize any potential conflicts between city editing mods like Better Cities. Falling from the tower has also been made impossible in order to avoid accidental deaths.
