Yes pretty much. Or just extract v2 to a temp folder, extract v3 into it & overwrite when prompted. Then you can pack up to install with Wrye Bash or OBMM, or just dump it all into the Data folder.
Or you can try the version 4 I linked above and see if that covers your junk.
Even though I ended up not using this player home very much, I'm glad I installed it because it is such a beautiful addition to the desert and the quest portion alone is possibly the most thrilling dungeon I've ever played.
There is a mistake in the script for the Necronomicon book that causes the message, "the book bites your hand when you try to open it," to display whenever you open any book after having read the Necronomicon Morph. You can still open books; it's just very annoying.
It's simple to fix. In the CS, in EsmeraldaEvilBookScript, replace the third line, "Begin menumode 1026", with "Begin OnAdd player".
I ordered EVERYTHING correctly. I have EVERYTHING necessary installed. But there are clipping issues up the wazoo--the stairs where you are supposed to find the note are covered with sand, and all of a sudden the camp on the hill behind Two Moon Temple has a huge dune clipping over it. There's no reason that I can find for this...
For some reason when I went in the pyramid and found the body I cant search it but only take a book giving me a spell. I went back to the house and was unable to open it. Is this a glitch or did I do something wrong?

The Test NPC called "Test" with the ID 0EsmeraldaNPCTestSizeSpider appeared near Aldos Othran while doing the Cheydinhal guard quest. This is a serious mistake that just shouldn't happen in a mod like this. The Test NPC is based on Aldos Othran.

Also that outfit you get that's in the picture display has no underwear if you have the better bodies mod so you end up seeing your character's junk
