*NEW!!* Added a flaming katana to the chest that has fire scorch damage enchantment. You only need to download the optional file if you want the flaming katana as it has all the original colored katanas as well. The flaming one is overpowered and fast so "purists" might want to just download the main file that doesn't have the flaming katana. The difference between the optional and the update files are that the 3D update has the flames be completely 3D even in the straight on forward view in the HUD. The optional flames form to the blade better but while rotating your PC in the HUD, you can tell they are 2D but designed to rotate with the camera. The optional flame 2D method/download doesn't "bleed" flame out of the sheath as much either. There are pros and cons to both, your choice on which you prefer....both the update and the optional files contain all the original file's swords so you only have to download one of the files based on your preferences.

I have always loved Vagabond's Katanas. I also had always thought "I wish I had some color choices". Well now I do and I am going to share them with you. I am surprised no one else has done this before. I have included some SS, mostly of the 2h itami choices, and a SS of the "X" Edition Katana.

Info:
Most of the Katanas are just retextures but I did include a Burgundy/Gold "X" Edition Katana for those of you who like your weapons overpowered. It is a Dai-Katana that swings as fast as a short sword or better, does excellent damage and is very durable. I didn't put enchantments on any of them as I have always liked to do that myself in game. I have my own preferences, you probably have yours. There are multiple colors of both the Godai model and Itami model in 2h and 1h versions.

If you like this mod, give kudos to VagabondAngel as the work is mostly his. I just personalized them and added color.

Location:
These are in a chest marked "Colored Katanas". You can find the chest in Jauffre's sleeping quarters up the stairs in the West Wing of Cloud Ruler Temple. Jauffre is the Grandmaster of the Blades so it figures he would have all the good stuff. There is no script at this time but you will at least have to have advanced far enough in the main quest to have access to Cloud Ruler Temple of course.

Installation:
Pretty simple and routine. Unzip the file. (I recommend 7-Zip) You can either unzip it into a temp location or directly into your data folder of your Oblivion installation. Click yes to overwrite when it prompts you. Don't worry, it doesn't overwrite any of Vagabonds files. I made new ones to keep conflicts from happening. After that just check the .esp in OBMM or in your data section of your Oblivion launcher. I included a BSA file for those of you who prefer installing things like that.

Uninstall:
Just uncheck the .esp! All the files are extra so no worries about going back to "stock".
