   I can't get this to work following the directions in the readme file. So then I started wondering - do I leave the .dds file in the folder or not...am I too stupid to live, what?
   
   I have a custom race so I went back and created an Imperial and still no tattoos.
   
   What's the point of creating them if they don't work?

   I love the tattoos, but they won't show up in game, maybe i am not installing it right, any help would be appreciated.
