The Disappearing Tent bug is fixed internally. If this or any other issue persists, move all your stuff form the tent, uninstall the mod, load the game, make a new save, and then re-install the mod. It has been noted that use of Streamline correlates heavily to the likelihood of this issue recurring despite internal fixes, for separate reasons.

If you lose your tent or tent materials due to a bug or something else, or if you're feeling cheaty, you can use the console command "StartQuest GimmeATent" (no quotes) to be given new Tent Materials without buying/thieving/asking Mae very nicely for a replacement. Note that possessing more than one Tent Materials item will not allow you to have two tents -- placing a second one will simply move the first Tent to the new location.

    Mod Troubleshooting Guide
I wrote this guide to help you troubleshoot mod problems, because I prefer to spend my time other ways. Please respect that, and use the guide before asking for help. If the solution isn't in the guide, I'm happy to lend a hand. The fastest way to get help is to leave a comment on this mod's download page at TESNexus (linked at the top), or message me (Khettienna) privately at TESAlliance, Nexus, or the official Bethsoft Forums.

This mod is fantastic and works flawlessly

sadly, I'm getting hit by that items repaired past 100% bug in all the containers.  after some googling, I know this isn't this mod's fault.  I had written 2 paragraphs here which I have now deleted cause I just realized this.

Wondering if there is any fix to this issue?  My googling hasn't found anything yet but I'll continue looking I guess.

Basically I dump some stuff into a chest, look at chest and half my stuff is gone.  and I'm not even talking like a ton of things.  like 20-30 pcs of armor of 6 types but all repaired to 125%.  take all out, magically reappears.

    found this:  https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/46624
works like a charm to fix this. now I truly love this tent.  :)
sorry for posting this all here.  probably an inappropriate place to do so.

I really love this tent, it would be great if the lights could be a bit brighter at night but it really helps my immersion in the game. My character has a safe space to unwind while on the road adventuring. Thank you!

The interior tent pictures look great and useful.
I like the "cheaty" console command:

    StartQuest GimmeATent

I also like the "cheaty" 'Interiors Allowed' optional plugin... incase I need a break mid-dungeon-crawl ;)

I simple love this mod, but unfortunately I can't use it in-game anymore.

When activating the tent it appears, but without having a map marker since there is no entrance I can activate and my conclusion is that the script doesn't work as intended.

I tried to figure it out why there is no entrance in-game and notice that the bashed patch doesn't import scripts from this mod.

I wonder if it's feasible to import scripts into the bashed patch and doing that what bash tag do I need apply for what esp.

Also, if it's important I must use the CBash mode in Wrye Bash (using the 307 version) when rebuilding the bashed patch due for using Arthmoor's Oblivion DLC Delayers mod.

    Any ideas what is wrong?

I cannot guess what is going wrong, there. You don't need to import scripts into the bashed patch, because the scripts are all custom, as are the objects they run on, so there's nothing else that can overwrite them.

Is it possible that your OBSE isn't running?

OBSE is working as far I can tell, becuase I use a OBSE launcher without having a single issue.

So, there is nothing wrong with OBSE, but despite that I still have an issue with your mod and it seems the "erect the tent" script stop working.

I've no idea what's wrong other than that something is wrong, but the question is. What is wrong?

Unfortunely, I had to uninstall your mod and I don't plan to install in my current game. But I will continue using your mod in my next game.

Would you be willing to send me a copy of your save? I'd like to see if I can recreate the issue.

When I saw this mod, the first thing I thought was "OMG, it's a Harry Potter tent!"
I can't wait to play, finally a good reason to go to sleep at night. I guess I'll find out if it's companion friendly. Hope there's one for the other games as well.

One question though, I'm guessing the Alt hotkey package is to enable that key, but what does Interiors Allowed do?

"Interiors Allowed" means you can set up the tent in an interior location, which can be handy in places like Ayleid ruins or big caves. But it can also be a little cheaty, so I didn't want to allow it by default.

i really like this mod idea and there doesn't seem to be anything else like it on nexus, but i downloaded it and enabled and it and everything, but i can't find Mae to buy the tent? i checked all through The Counts Arms and all around Anvil but she's nowhere to be seen.

Is the chest there in the room where you can steal the tent? Or, does the console cheat work?

I love this tent so much. This and Star's Rest are the things I miss most when I am playing Skyrim.
I don't suppose you've considered a port or just allowing the modders at tentapaloosa to port it? The lack of interior tent mods in Skyrim drives me batty. There's three and none are that great. This... this is pure perfection. (As is Stars Rest made me fall in love with small houses with attractive clutter)

Super late reply, but, if anyone wanted to copy this over to Skyrim somehow (which would require a lot of new assets, since most of these are recolors/retextures of Oblivion assets), that would be A-OK with me! I'm glad you like it. :)
