To anyone struggling to find the house's location: When the mod description says "fast travel to the Talos Plaza district and turn right", it means "fast travel to the Talos Plaza district and turn right, and then keep walking until you almost reach the end of the road". The house in question has a whole ton of flowers in front of it.
While I do very much like this mod, as I now have a proper Imperial City house and not the waterfront shack, I have a weird issue with the audio. At first, music was present but no voices or sound effects were audible, but after I paused and left for two hours I returned to find it all working properly. On my second launch of the game with the mod installed, there was no sound at all. Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution?
Hi! I was reading the notes to/from blackwood and it mentioned a tunnel to the outside of the city, but i cant find it. Is there one? Or has it not been made?
I recommend using the CS to modify Phobeus Felix's AI change his aggression from 100 to 5 or 0 so he will not attack everything he detects, thus preventing him from executing his suicide AI package and maybe change his energy from 50 to 100 to make sure he does his EVP when triggered.
A few small things to improve upon however; firstly the spelling in all instances is frankly atrocious. It lowers the overall feel of authenticity of the mod; secondly in the training room downstairs behind the non-aggressive NPCs there is a set of three floating candles that I believe are static next to an identical set that are on a ledge, this was probably just an oversight; lastly you mention in one of the appallingly worded letters to the Blackwood Company that they should only use a tunnel to enter the training room, and even then only at night. Admittedly I have barely spent 10 minutes with this mod, as it is fairly small, but you should consider building this tunnel.
That's my notes, and overall a good mod, although as yet it doesn't deserve endorsement. The subsequent improvements made in other mods seem to raise the bar much more.
You have to walk towards the door and the door activator flashes for a very short time, like it's placed at a wrong location behind, the actual door. If you run at the door while repeatedly pressing activate it will eventually open...
Ok, so it's a lovely house - but I can't activate the training room door. I've tried standing close, I've tried standing far away. I've run the pointer over every inch of the door. Nothing. What am I doing wrong?
Move your crosshair until the door mark shows. Looks like the door marker needs to be fixed(you can do it with Construction Set...).

I did - I moved the cross-hair in a standard search pattern all over the door. The door marker never showed. How do you fix it in the CS?
