This mod replaces Ulen Athrams House in the Imperial City Talos Plaza District with a Townhouse for the player. I was annoyed that the only house you could own in Imperial City was a rather sorry-looking shack, so I made this house. It has living and dining areas on the ground floor, storage rooms, a training room, and private quarters on the first, and a study on the top. The basement is used for extra storage. Outside, the entrace has dragon statues on either side, and the whole house is owned by the player, at absolutely no cost.
NOTE-
This does disable Ulen Athram and his wife Dralora from the game, however, I checked, and they aren't involved in any quests, and they don't sell anything or train/recharge.
This is my second mod, so please comment and let me know what you think!
V2 contains minor improvements and refinements.
V3 contains storage in the study as per request, improvements to the exterior of the building, and more minor improvements.
