   I think this quest is broken. I went back to Rathmer's Books after I grabbed the quest items out of Miros burnt shop, and Rathmer's shop was burned down too and Rathmer is no where to be found. I don't even have a quest target anymore.

   sorry, but this is one of the weakest walkthroughs I ever saw.
   
   for example, the only thing it tells about the last dungeon is "there are lots of enemies and the final boss is HARD". Oh RLY?

      well if u look it in a way then pretty much all spire dingeons r like lots of enemies and the final boss is hard.
      this is the worst walkthrough for spire but thank you for writing.
