Kiwi90...I have tried to duplicate what you have told me. By the way, sorry it took so long to answer, family business. I just loaded up Milly and Spica with nothing activated except the basic requirements. Both showed up(nekid as the day they were conceived)but present none the less. I still think that you have a cosmetic, or clothing mod that is overriding the textures. I had the same sort of problem with the Clouded Leopards. They just showed up as some armor, teeth and tongues. I can't remember now what mod it was, but I believe it was a cosmetic mod, and I had to either disable it or change the load order. I'm sorry I can't be of any more help than that.
I use OBMM, and it didn't detect any conflict, since it's just an ESP and ESM file. Should there be textures included, or does the Ice Elf Race only work with a certain body mod?
try a more scientific diagnostic? get oblivion mod manager. has a handy "conflict detector". try using that. might help. when you say what obviously cant be causing the problem might be. kumiko manor conflicted with cm partners for me and most ppl. both great mods that you wouldnt think can affect eachother but they did. plus alot more conflicts. most are harmless. maybe get nifskope and make sure the textures and such are even right or do the checks it can do. hope any of that helps. she looks great though.
Folks, I'm sorry I don't know what to tell you except that I think you are experiencing a conflict. I just tried the mod out with about as vanilla a version of the game as I can manage. No problem. The only solution that I can think of, is what I do in that situation. It's a real hassle, but what I do is deactivate everything, put back what obviously can't be causing the problem(I.E. clothing mods, etc) then adding the rest two or three at a time 'til I find the culprit. Sorry I can't be anymore help than that.
