I'm surprised this isn't more popular since it's a good solution to the 100% chameleon problem, which still exists in OOO. I disabled the invisibility setting this mod adds in and set my max chameleon to 99% and the effect is much better balanced now.
This will take care of it but you'd have to be using the required mods and want all the extra stuff:

If you want to do it yourself, you just have to change 2 globals which can be done easily ingame through the console. These settings will disable the invisibility limit and set the chameleon limit to 95%: set impcl to 95 set impcil to 1000
You can go into the construction set with the esp and change the globals there if you want to change the settings permanently.
With the standard version there aren't any visual modifications which could be seen on a screenshot. Though this will change with the "Visual Version" ...
The invisibility looks the way, the invisibility looks, and if you use "Refractionless Chameleon -Corresponding Transparency-", the transparency is set accordingly to the limited chameleon value.

Fixed that.

Still, if you have any further questions, ask :-)
