The ingredients in oblivion are meant to be 'rare' and valuable.. this mod
basically makes it so now they are.. instead of being that every other
day ingredient.
Only boosted worth slightly so not to be too unbalanced ;)

Oblivion Ingredients.eps is the original
Oblivion Ingredients Fix.eps is for compatibility with Dyseso's Lighter
Ingredients Mod.
Only use the one you need..
