Derillius is a Hunter. He stays at the the Imperial Bridge Inn when he is not hunting. He\'ll sell the locations of vampires and goblin tribes to you.

Derillius the Hunter
Derillius is my character. He lives at the Imperial Bridge Inn and sells two
lists. One tells where all Vampires are and the other is where the seven Goblin tribes
are. This is only really Helpful for Hunter Characters, or if you are a Brother of the
Virtuous Blood, in which case the list of Vampire Locations is worth far more than the
asking price. Both lists are also on the ground, but are property of the Imperial Bridge
Inn. You can read them, buy them, or steal them. If he is not in the inn, then he is out
hunting.
Just unzip the esp into your data folder and activate it. Happy Hunting!
