Nice mod but too convenient for me lol....or not *lore friendly*....any way to just use the default room and not all the over the top Alchemy, Display and Sleeping Rooms....I can just ignore them i guess but would be nice to have a plain lore friendly version or maybe make players actually pay for the additions its not like Gold is a problem in Oblivion. Best house mod I've found. I usually go for portable homes, but this is fine as well, particularly together with "bag of holding". I'd just whish there were namen chests for "armor", "weapons", "clothing" etc and maybe even an autosorter for it, like the alchemy one

Hurray!!! One of the most frustrating parts of Oblivion is the housing. I walk in...and want to decorate. Unfortunately the game physics makes this ridiculously hard. This mod has such a nice setup; the display cases and alchemy sections are def my favorite.
Awesome. I tried to endorse, but it says I didn't download it. One note, if using this with alternate start revamped, fill out the "all bout me" journal before entering the basement.
