hey a warning to anyone who tries this mod, target and touch spells will cost an extra 50 magicka if they hit when you use this mod and try and cast normally
I want to patch your mod to re-equip the mundane weapon after an infusion breaks.
There are numerous QoL changes that could be made for this mod. I've already edited in a few for myself, but I can't sit on these changes forever knowing that it makes this mod idea better.
You did well, I like this mod. It just needs some cleanup to make it more user-friendly.
Hey for some reason, in my VERY expensive spell in a staff it seems like my magicka goes down for every enemy I hit instead of every cast, which means that if I cast it at a crowd it will always get my magicka to 0 and force me to conduit it again, any idea what might be causing this?
Great mod, but I feel like it's a bit to strong as is. Not sure if the author is still around - how difficult would it be to edit the script so that it prevents magica regen to balance it out?
There are mods that reduce magic regen. I usually use https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/9492 with this mod. What it does is that it simulates Morrowind where willpower = regen. If your willpower is low, regen will be slow.
For some reason, none of my conduits cost any magicka to use. I've tried this over a couple of different characters but experienced the same thing. Does anyone know why this might be?
Hello... I hope that the original reator of this mod is still around on the nexus, but is there a way to get conduit book's object ID? I used the tesedit program to check the ID, I went into the game typed player.additem 0100E9CC 1 but the game says its not an object ID..
Yes, I know I can just buy the book in game, but when you're playing Morroblivion, the book might not have been added to the merchants.
