About this mod
This mod adds a player owned chest inside the Sanctuary Quarters. It is opened by having the Black Band in your inventory. If it isn\'t then the chest will not open. Also, all versions of the Black Band have been edited to show that is the key to your chest. There is also a new respawnable chest on top of the empty table against the wall

This mod adds a player owned chest inside the Sanctuary Quarters. It is opened
by having the Black Band in your inventory. If it isn't then the chest will not open. Also, all versions of the Black Band have been edited to show that is the key to your chest.
There is also a new respawnable chest on top of the empty table against the wall in the Sanctuary near the Training Room. It contains potions for health and magicka (based on level). Also included are 12 lockpicks which also respawn every 3 days or whatever your respawn timer is set to.
You will notice there are flora now decorating the Sanctuary. I thought it could use some subtle decorations and looked a little too clean.
Known Bug: The chest will not open if you have more than one Black Band in your inventory. So if you already have a Black Band and take the one out of the chest, go sell the one out of the chest as it is the lowest version. If you try with both in your inventory, nothing will happen.
