Never watched the Xena Show... and am trying Oblivion for the first time.... Dec 2022-2023... Found this looking for companion mods... I love the disk weapon the Chrakra? It's not the best weapon for a heavy armored warrior but Archers, Mages, rouges, other Squishy PC with lower endurance... great way to start a fight and knock an enemy out of commission at the beginning of the fight.... I do have a question though.... after you kill Kranix and get your stuff back the quest journal still marks the quest as active... to "adventure with the Gabrielle"... is this quest going to anything more? Like are there hidden triggers for more adventure content... or is it just going to sit in my quest journal bloating my save game files?
Sorry All My computer died back in 2009 it is now 2012 I have been away long time! I just started playing Skyrim - after im done playing skyrim. I may start moding again but for skyrim not oblivion. and I now give permission to transfer this mod to skyrim, but you must stay true to this mods concepts! and give credit to me with link to this mod! thanks!!!
Jwoltz, it's supposed to be a class, not a race. If it doesn't show up as a class when choosing your class, such as warrior, mage, acrobat, etc, than that's what's bugged. I'm going to try it out and see what shoes up/doesn't show up.
"The Warrior Princess Class.esp creates 'Warrior Princess' as a playable class." --Edit-- Now that I have tried it, things work fine. The Warrior Princess class IS there, you just have to select it through Classes. If you had read the description clearly you'd have seen that it's a Class, not a Race. In the end, when whatshisface calls you a monk and you select your class, that's where it should show up.
I wish someone would make this for skyrim, with the option of the companion. I'm not big on companions unless I'm going out to fight large masses.
--Edit-- At first the .esp files made it crash and even though I copied everything over properly, it acted like some stuff was missing. But it all works fine. I haven't tried the Chakram yet but I'm sure it will be great too. I'm not all that worried about Gab's face, though. If someone's willing to make an edit for her and post it, I won't hate it.
This thread's gone quiet? Just a thought: any chance of you altering your Xena and Gabrielle characters to make a version for CM Partners, so we could use them as companions? I've a well embedded character in play but, as a Xena fan, I would love to have them along as partners. Meanwhile, well done for keeping Xena 'alive'. Good luck with the HGEC / BBB etc.
Just a quick note to let the author of this mod know that while I have the armor, weapons, and Gabrielle (I also found a corean black wig) to play as Xena...Unfortunately, the warrior race .esp does NOT work. It doesn't show up as a race for new game play at all. Apparently there is a bug that needs fixing.
ATTENTION EVERYONE! Earlier, I left a comment concerning Gabrielle's share function not working and how homely looking she was. I am happy to report that both are solved! I have begun teaching myself the construction set and using it, I was able to change GABRIELLE'S SCRIPT from NONE to COMBAT PARTNER (what it should be). Also, she has gone from ugly to hottie! If you don't have it you should get the Elder Scrolls Constuction set and learn to use it. IT can solve a lot of problems.
I am sorry but i cannot get this mod to work, everytime i try to load it, my game client shuts down. i load the xena warrior princess.esp, my game goes straight back to the desktop, but the warrior princess.esp works. i have both tried manual install and OBMM install and nothing happens.
