Felt that the Dark Brotherhood armor wasn't useful in later stages of the game for straight up fights, so during the dead drop quests in the dark brotherhood storyline, after the Draconis family stage it adds this armor to the reward in the Skingrad castle well.
Enhances blade block etc. not Illusion, has a regenerative health enchantment as well as 10% shield, Tougher than the normal armor in health terms and provides a total armor rating of 20
