The lady you're looking for to begin the quest is in the Arcane University. You'll need to gain access to it to start the quest. She likes to hang out in the second floor of the archives if I recall my pathing on her correctly.
I dont really care for magic or spells that much, just looking for a good quest mod. The Idea of telekinesis sounds interesting though. I have only played this quest for about five minute and i have to say it is AWESOME! I almost cant believe this is a modder made quest good work. On a scale of 1-10 i give it a 13.
Sounds like a very cool mod. I downloaded it and installed it, but now i've a little problem with the quest.. i may be wrong, but when i reach the cave where i think is located the argonian, i can't open the door. It needs a key and i don't know where this key is at all.. i would appreciate some help to find it, or to help me find the real cave if i'm wrong, please @.@
