Hello! I love this mod! However, I am using the integrated Better Cities version, but for some reason the Better Cities version doesn't include the changes made to the IC shack :( my question being, could someone make an esp where only the shack is edited, so that I can use both the better cities version of this mod and the new IC shack interior? That would be so cool! Endorsed nonetheless :)

I decided to try using both the Waterfront esp that edits the IC shack AND better cities waterfront together simultaneously; other than some duplicated NPCs and textures that I disabled in game, this strategy seems to be working fine so far. So if anyone else would like to have the edited IC shack that comes with this mod AND better cities waterfront, I think it works. Hope this helps!

Absolutely brilliant mod. While some have tried to make the waterfront look extremely dirty or scary, this one makes it look run down and homely at the same time. The object placement, the detailed interiors, the small paths around houses, it's like every square meter has been put to good use while Bethesda had originally dedicated a big stretch of land to a whole lot of....nothing, really.

The wine dealer could use some longer pauses between lines of (silent) dialogue but other than that I like the new NPCs talking about less common rumor snippets related to Tamriel's geography.

The only thing I dont like about this mod is that some beds are not owned, meaning you can sleep in them, which in turn devalues the reason to purchase your own waterfront house early game to stop paying every night for a hotel bed.

This is a wonderful mod, as others have said really adds something that was lacking to the waterfront area. Thanks Nernie :)

My only problem is that I also use Gold Horse Courier, which is located in the same spot as Quintus Family Exports - does anyone know of a patch to relocate or or the other of these locations? There is a boarded up door further along the waterfront that would be a perfect spot to relocate one of these, however that's a bit out of my league to be able to attempt :(

I have just been disabling the exterior building of Quintus Family Exports in game - the door is hidden inside the Gold Horse Courier exterior, and if I want to enter the Quintus shop I just temporarily TLC through the wall to reach the door. If a patch exists that would be a much nicer way of doing it.

Anyway, great mod regardless, just hoping someone may have something tucked away that fixed this conflict :)

    Take care

pathfinding seems to be a little wonky at times for vanilla NPCs; I imagine they don't know how to get around all the new clutter. This is problematic for any quests where NPCs traverse the waterfront. If you wait, they usually get to where they need to. A minor inconvenience that this mod is definitely worth! DOUBLE ENDORSED!

I think that comes from the new versions of Wrye Bash. It doesnt seem to patch the path grids for any mods. I have heard for Oblivion Wrye Bash 2.95 is the best. I am using the latest one and path grids doesn't work at all. Used to do it very well.

I suspect WB team would be interested to hear this - you could contact them on their Discord, probably the easiest way.

*EDIT* I went in to OBMM and deleted one of the ESPs, the No-shack version, so they weren't doubling up any more. ENDORSED!

This would be the perfect waterfront mod! I'm just having one problem; I'm getting doubles of most of the NPCs. Two Khajiit skooma dealers, two horses on top of each other in the stable, two stray dogs, 2 Norns. I have searched the waterfront mods with a fine-toothed come and this would be my favorite if only I could figure out why it's doubled up like that. Any ideas?

Does anyone know if this is compatible with Ruined Tail's Tale? TES4Edit's showing some pathgrid conflicts. (Oddly enough, the version of this mod included with Better Cities shows similar conflicts, but the patch for BC + RTT doesn't seem to address it...? Does that mean it's not a serious conflict?) Cheers.

Immersive addition to waterfront and it won't shoot fps in the foot like BC's waterfront does. Noticed some land/water tears vs UL Imperial Isle and Dark Brotherhood Chronicles.

Excellent. This works well with both shack and no shack.

It even works with Threnody, if you don't mind a bit of clipping of the bow with the new dock and row boat. Had the dock been placed just on the other side of the little boat and then it docked on the other side of the dock, both mods would fit perfectly. Still, you can have both if you don't look too closely at the bow. I really like having both these mods together as they seem to complement one another. Not that you really need any more to the area other than this mod.

Thank you for an excellent mod that makes the waterfront a lot more realistic and useful.

I recently started to use it without any problems to date, although I didn't thouroughly tested it. I had to switch from Better Cities version of Waterfront, because of lag. BC team probably patched something in their version (which is this one + Reapers Waterfront and original additions). If anyone knows if there's something that shoud be patched in this version please let me know.

This is easily one of my favourite area expansion mods. Of course the poor need a place to worship as well! Very well made and it makes certain questlines in the Thieves Guild more plausible, (The Imperial Legion wouldn't hang around for days after only looking in 6 odd houses...).
The only bad thing is remember to get everything saved out of your owned house (including companions - oh, Kailinda. Your name will be on empty milk cartons for months to come) before you load this up. Oooops.......

    Definite endorsement though, despite that
