   Are you positive your character is the rank arch-mage? aswell as are you a vanilla oblivion race?

   iv downloaded this mod
   
   and the script in the cs looks like it would work,
   
   but i cant get the spell!
   
   Borrisean doesnt sell it
   
   iv tried player.addspell, iv tried putting it in a spell Tome, iv tried evrything, but i cant get it
   
   any ideas???

   id rate the mod a 10 for usefulness but i cant seem to get it to work......do you remember the script code so i could write it myself or the player.addspell code?
