This mod rebalances several daedric artifacts and the armor you get as a result of beating the game. Most of these items were not only non-unique, but were significantly lower quality than the equipment you'd loot off of random bandits. Random bandit loot really shouldn't be better than legendary artifacts.
Armor and weapons have had their base effectiveness improved to be 10% better than their daedric/glass equivalents and enchantments have been boosted to levels balanced vs. custom enchanting, sigil stones, random loot effects, and existing quest rewards. This should make these legendary items desireable but not overpowered, their increased power being a reward for acquiring them and a trade off for not being able to put whatever effects on them you choose.
Exact changes and vague comparisons for every changed item is listed in the readme, for the curious.
