To increase your vampirism level, sleep in a bed after passing the correct amount of time. You can tell when the correct amount of time has passed by the "Days as a vampire" in the stats page. 7+ days for stage 2, 37+ days for stage 3, etc.
Hopefully this helps, and removes the necessity for console usage.
On the actual mod, this is my favorite vampire mod to date. Simple, elegant, and with little touches that other people haven't thought of. 19/10. Yes, 19. Totally not a typo.
It isn't working for me :/ it seemed like such a good mod but it isn't working at all I'm afraid. I've installed the esp and checked it and all. Maybe it is because I have OOO?
Very good mod but i have 1 small problem, my vampire cant level up ;/ Past 24 days its still level 1, of course i feeded him mor then once every time "> Any tips how to fix it?
I am useing a few mods at the moment. I don't believe the current mods are clashing with this one, however I used to have a diffrent vampire mod. I used LGvampire which adds the clans.. I wanted to test a few diffrent types of vampires so I grabbed this one.. removed the old vampire file, and added this.. installed.. Vampirism works.. but i ran into an odd bug that seems kinda neat but not.. this mod says that you gain the ability to add life detection or night's eye. however, I get life detection as a consequence to not feeding (first one) second consequence is night's eye. and I havent went beyond that yet.. is this how the mod is suppose to be? I dont have the ability to give myself life detect or nights eye at all. only when I miss a feed.. feedback would be great. ; ; I kinda find it neat, but i think it would be better if a vampire had these abilities (as seprate like they seem now) and then after missing a feed, loose some abilities (maybe night's eye, because life detection seems like it would grow stronger as you forget to feed) and some other abilities, like charm.. or taking more damage from weapons etc..
I downloaded this mod a bit ago and forgot that I had it installed. I've played around at other times and didn't like being a vampire as there were too many drawbacks (ugly face, etc.). But, somehow, during game play I got 'turned' and I didn't even realize. Then all of these messages about needing sleep kept coming up. I slept and woke as a new improved vampire. I'm not ugly...still my little Han self. I'm only in the first stage. Feeding is difficult, but I was able to sneak around Kvatch Castle (I'm Count) and feed on the staff, then I felt much better. I just can't wait for some of the ability to go out in the sun comes about, it's hard to do some of my quests in the night time. I find using the coc location command helps....at least you're indoors and don't take sun damage. Once I get past this need to feed every 24 hours, I think things will get better. I do really love this Vampire mod. I have tried others and didn't like them. I've been trying to make it to DeepScorn Hollow, but even with the fast travel ring on, I get caught in the daylight. Oh well, I'll get there. I'm also Arch-Mage, what are they going to think of me? Of course I can easily cure myself. I have the code available for "Cure Vampirism". But, I'm going to play this through for a while and see how things go. I really do like this mod. It actually lives up to everything in the description. Good Work! I give a rating of 10!
I am so confused, i can't feed. my character stands there with her arms raised upwards, and i can't do anything. is there a fix or did i do something wrong?

set Vampire.nVampireAge to 0-5
and then
set vampire.bUpdateAbilities to 1
don't know yet if it will lvl on it's own now but if not I can just lvl up myself when I feel like it
