Not to be a jerk or something, but that doesn't look like Miku... Well, i understand it's hard to recreate a great copy of it into Oblivion but anyway. I appreciate the effort and it's great to see someone that made it. I won't be rating, because it would be unfair. I appreciate the effort, and i know it's hard to make mods like this! ">

Ok, here's what you do:
Install these mods IN ORDER: 1 - Beautiful People 2ch-Ed v1.8.0 Fixed 2 - HGEC Body 3 - Clothing & Armor Replacer (I installed the fixed plugin as well) 4 - Hi Res Skin - Default Pack (you can add other races too, it doesn't mess with this) 5 - MD Natural Faces 6 - Hi Res Skin - Face Textures
And that's it. You don't need the Face Texture Replacement that the original author lists.
Now start a new game WITHOUT any kind of overhaul mod / patch. I use OOO, so I disabled it and then started the game. It has to do with the way OOO generates its save files. You need a save file that uses vanilla Oblivion format. If you can afford it, just use a vanilla Oblivion installation (That's what i did).
Choose whatever race you want that uses the Imperial race textures (Breton, Redguard, all the elves, ... etc). Now just save your file at the start, and exit the game.
Install Face_Exchange_Lite. Use it to copy the face from this author's save file and paste it on your new save file.
Lo and behold, you have a KOS-MOS of your very own. I just tried it with my Redguard, and it works. I still have to install OOO and some other mods that i use, but none of them mess with the face/body textures.

To replace the more specific voice, you need a file that came with it.
