All spells available to buy can now be cast without needing a prerequistie skill level. I also removed all starting spells (save for Flare & Heal) so you aren't stuck with a heap of junk spells if you're a Mage. Might change this if a spell deleting mod arrives, but for now you'll have to buy any spells you're missing when making a new character.
Magicka costs and spell prices are unchanged, so you still have to have lots of cash and magicka reserves to cast those master spells. I also adjusted some of the summoning times for conjuration spells so lower level creatures should last a bit longer (about 60 seconds on average).
Works with existing games and should be fully compatible with anything that doesn't alter spell levels. Might clash with mods that change what spells you start with or that alter durations of summoning spells.
