-grand soul gems with grand souls
-tons of skooma
and aot more
To install Mod:
-put the esp file into oblivion/data folder and enable the esp when you launch oblivion.
Other Notes:
the key for the trap door up stairs in on the table to the left when u enter the house.i also recemend you kill all enemys in the room before you exit, because
ENEMIES WILL FOLLOW YOU!
