Hahaha, I hadn't looked at this in ages. I had no idea how many downloads it got! I'm glad people have enjoyed it. I think it was my first published mod on the Nexus.
If people still have issues with it being a rar file let me know and I'll put up a new file. I just downloaded it and had no problem opening it with 7zip.
No problems here, infact I am playing Oblivion again and checking out some of the original mods that I downloaded from the nexus. NMM doesn't like downloading "esp" and so having it in a zip, saved me a step. So this mod brings back a lot of memories trying to steal or do some mission without the Omnipotent guards ability to detect my actions through doors or wall no matter how well my stealth was. I have no clue how the Aldmeri dominion got control with the guards of the Cyrodiil's god like abilities. Thanks for your mod.
After 10 years or so I've reinstalled Oblivion again. I've still got copies of a lot of the old mods, including this. I just now remembered this one as it used to be really helpful during Dark Brotherhood quests. Plus, I don't know how many times I've checked that barrel at the Priory, remembering that something used to be in there. Looks like I haven't endorsed it, but that was back in the day when we probably had the 1-10 rating system so it looks like I can "endorse" again :-D
I haven't even tried it yet, as I've literally just tossed it into the Data folder, but I greatly hope you understand the sincerity of what I mean when I say that I greatly appreciate what ever time and effort you put into this particular Mod. No offense to the guy who created it, but this is EXACTLY the kind of mod I've needed to bypass the tediousness of the 8 Rings of the Gods Mod. It was good and all, but you kinda one upped the need for 8 separate rings w/ 8 different effects. If this does what you've described then I'm gonna be one happy camper. Again; thank you, thank you, thank you. Gonna go wreck some shop now, later.
I like the idea of an invisibility ring or cloak... but to have them be so easy to find (basically given to you) is kind of lame, no sense of accomplishment. Why not have them as a reward at the bottom of a dungeon to make it feel like a specialty item (like Mehrunes Razor). Do you have any plans on doing that?

While trying to change the file type (or some thing) I changed the "open with"
