1 Introduction

I started out making this mod only to test my own skills, but now decided to upload it. I
feel that it makes a good home for any character, good or evil, or of any trade, because
it doesn't imbalance the game horribly, and keeps everything in check.
2 Features

----------------
-A home outside of the Imperial City hidden between a crossroads. It is simple and designed
not to unbalance the game.
-A bed for sleeping.
-Has 3 non-respawning storage containers, two near the door, one chest next to the bed.
The containers in the back corner are respawning food containers.
-There is a working/living space with a desk and some objects.
-The chest next to the bed contains 25 gold, torches and next to it you can find a set of
black robes and shoes to match them, this chest is non-respawning(That means it is safe to
store your items in).

-A vein of ore, from which you can retrieve a few nuggets of gold or silver every few days.
-A botanical garden with Wisp Stalks, Nightshade, Aloe Vera, and Cairn Bolete. (Damge
Health, Restore Health.)
-A respawning equipment chest, which contains a variety of adventuring tools. Lockpicks,
repair hammers, restore health potions, etc. The chest becomes restocked every few days.

Unpack the file into your data folder. When you launch oblivion, hit Data Files and check
Hideout. It should work!
