Its an awesome feeling when you find yourself thinking about how cool it would be to have a mod that adds a certain feature, then going online and finding EXACTLY what you were looking for...
I released version 2. I made it completely from scratch and I think it's much better than version 1, but the old version is still available for download if you want to use it.
Please make all the reflect damage and spell in the game to become on block like these. Because i can easily make my player 100% reflect damage and there's no fun anymore. It would be really nice if the ability is only activated only when i blocking. Please, i am poor at script.
@ rondivu I did not try to use "begin onhit" for this mod, so I don't know. I can't remember exactly why not, but I think I had problems getting it to work with the player as the actorRef.
@ kalrocvn As far as I know, this mod should work with any kind of block: 1-hand, 2-hand, no weapon, with or without shield, etc.

Out of curiosity for scripting (as I have been looking at scripting for spells for a while) I have come across an "Begin OnHit <actorRef>" instead of the normal ones. but as I noticed, it only works AFTER the character gets hit. I am curious to see if you've tried it before? as I am testing it with your mod to see if the code would work.

@ Tzolreavren I don't use Midas Magic or Supreme Magic so I can't say for sure if it will conflict. My mod uses custom meshes, textures, and spell scripts, so those shouldn' conflict, but I turned off the membrane shader for the shield effect, so that might affect something.

Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be expanding Spellshields for a long time. I have some other projects that I want to work on first.
