If you do loose important Quest items, you can always re-add them with the console. If you need the item ID, just go to the Unofficial Elder Scrolls Pages.
In the "Big Heist" quest, there is a quest item called "Arrow of Extrication" which you must use to open a door. Once I opened the door, I decided to pick up the arrow and keep it as a souveneir. Now I can't get it out of my inventory and I'm afraid this mod doesn't help. I'm going to take a look at the other mods of this type.
No compatability with KOTN yet, I haven't got around to Hex Editing the plugin to let me modify it. I'm also brainstorming a way to make this compatible with all mods but no luck yet since I think it's hardcoded.
Can you make it so you can drop mod-quest items? It works w/ all the orginal quest stuff, but not mods I install, I was woundering if it was possible...
Just as a heads up for people who want to drop the blade of woe, complete all the Dark Brotherhood quests first, and I won't say why so as to not spoil it ">

Try this, it works fine with my pc and is great for getting rid of keys from your inventory list (Its a keychain/keyring mod)
