A small Mod I made.
BREIF INFORMATION
Basically, this mod upgrades the weapon "Ebony Blade". It does the following things:
Its Stronger
It as a better Enchantment
It's "Slow Motion"
You'll have to use the sword to see the effects for yourself!
The fact that it is slow motion doesn't really have any benefits, it just kind of looks cool.
INSTALLATION
Place the Esp. File in your Oblivion/Data folder
Click it off in the Data Files menu
