This plugin was created after a casual browse through the Oblivion Game Settings in the Construction Set. I had found MaxArmorRating and InfamyBountyGold and decided to modify them.
I got tired of having the best armor in the game and still being vulnerable [I believe that daedric armor is godlike armor and not just really really strong magic armor.]
I also got tired of getting quick infamy for killing a Legion Forester out in the woods with no witnesses. Now, to get infamy you need to be a serial killer or a really really obvious thief.
Be warned that with this plugin, other characters wearing full armor will be nearly impossible to hurt [unless you're using SHARP, which itself applies similar modifications like weapon damage in the hundred thousands and shield defense in the mid hundreds]
And you can get away with a lot more public crime before getting infamy [just be sure you get your bounty paid or cleared or else you WILL start to get infamy while trying to rape an entire town with a giant final fantasy sword]
I plan to adjust this in the future as I discover which values modify crime detection range and crime alert range.
