The 30 hour dissappear means that the chests are set to respawn. I had this problem with my own Champion's Mansion, and I set each chest to a unique idea and checked off the respawn. do this.
Nice house but after 30 hours playing with this mod all my stuff in the chests disapeared. And I have no save where the loot is still present.
Is there an issue ?
No answer to that question, but I noticed this house conflicted with the buyable house in Cheydinhal. I couldn't use the front door to access the house I bought and when I tried a 'COC' console command, it brought me into THIS house. All was fixed once I unloaded this mod. It won't be re-installed due to this conflict.
