Very nice work, it is pretty simple to apply such a change to all clothing, i will take a look at this when i have time and post a tutorial, as the maker seems to have been moved off this forum for unknown reasons.
This looks good. I haven't tried it yet, but I think you should continue this work for the rest of the clothing. Everyone in my game is HGEC --- they should be able to show it even under loose-fitting clothing. It's not like their body is wrapped in belts and ropes.
that sort of doesn't answer the more pressing issue i'm having. there's no vanilla clothing in the meshes folder, only ones from mods (such as vermillion robe) so where is the upperclass folder?
Never going to do a full replacer mod as I do not believe that everyone in Tes would be as well endowed. This is simply a resource for anyone who wants it to use for whatever you want.
As a resource, it is 100% compatible with everything, it's all in your hands how you use it.
OblivionDataMeshesClothesUpperclass2F is where the shirt this is based off resides. Should you put the "shirt.nif" file in this location it will act as a replacer, UNLESS you use a clothing replacer that over rides wher the game points for this shirt. If the location does not exist, you will have to create the folders manually yourself.
It uses HGEC/Exnem textures for the body and the original vanilla textures for the dress.
I am currently working on alot of different projects at once along with raising my 3 year old, a newborn, life etc. so if anyone else want to save themslves some time and make a full clothing replacer using this mod to save yourself some time, GO FOR IT.
This was my first mod ever. It was for learning and practice.
hey, i having trouble getting this to work as a replacer, the only cloths file under meshes is spectacles. whats going on here, and are you planning to actually release this as a full mod, or just a resource?
