In general, I like the mod. The house is a nice size with a well thought out set of features (well, except for the overpowering armor and weapons. But they can be ignored.) My quibble is with the missing meshes. There are four in my game - one on the second floor on the wall just outside the bedroom, two in the basement - one at the foot of the stairs, the other centered over the dining table, and the last one in the secret room on the wall opposite the bed. Not sure what is the cause; but this is the only mod I have that has this problem.
The other problem I have is with the SI armor sets. If my PC tries to wear either set, her body disappears. Her head is still there and her quiver is hanging in midair, but nary a sign of a body. Since I don't play the SI DLC, I don't know if this would happen there. Now, this isn't that big of a problem since I really have no interest in these armor sets but it would be nice if someone could tell me how to fix the problem.

    I love this house.
Not to big, not to small. Has just about all you need.
I had been looking for a house on the outskirts of IC for a while. Found a few, but they were either too small, too big or just didn't fit.
Then I came across this one. And the search was over.
Such a great home to own. Thank you for this. It Very much serves its purpose.

Now. That being said. I'm wondering if maybe you could update this mod to add a horse stable & a couple of alchemy stations in the home ?

Ixnay on the atershay. I dig this house, the views - especially from the balcony - are gorgeous. As for "too easy to get SI/Elven/Ebony at level 1", the easy answer is leave them tacked on the wall where they are as trophies. You just got another endorsement. Hooray!

Conflicts 100% with warlocks retreat, one should be moved.

Tadcaster had a good suggestion for Desuchan. If you play around with the load order for your mods, it might fix the yellow exclamation point problem. Might work! <img class=">

The yellow thing with the exclamation mark means that the game can't find a mesh needed. I only used meshes and textures from Oblivion and Shivering Isles, so I'm not sure why this would happen in your game. Eeeeps! I'll look into it some more and try to figure it out.

EDIT: I looked into it a bit, and I'm wondering whether you could have installed another mod somewhere that replaced a few of the game's meshes? Just a thought. If so, then you might start having this problem with several other mods you install in the future. Do you think this might be it? The only way to handle that would be to un-install whatever mod replaced the game's original meshes.

That's my best guess so far. Anyone else have any thoughts?

A great house mod. only one problem:

Some items don't show up. I've been getting that annoying yellow thing with the exclamation mark. I have SI installed- was there anythign else needed?
